Ther are tons of bodyweight exercises out their ! These are the most effective. Throw these into your daily workout ,or do it as a whole workout. Either way, these are awesome exercises.
Try to do atleast 8-10 reps of each exercises.

  • I'm a huge fan of body weight exercises ! Do pretty much all you did there expept for the stabillity ball :) btw do you bring your own backpack or is the gym supplying that for you?

  • those are all good, except why not get your chin over the bar and fully extend your arms on those pullups. you get more of a workout that way.
