@9timesnine Without blues, would be no country? Then how explain the purely jaunty, natural-life celebratory "Thank God I'm a Country Boy!" and its tune forebears such as "Turkey in the Straw"? Seem to have their mood roots in Celtic country fiddling and dancing.

@MsWildCard I say we embrace any kind of music Robert Plant produces because he is not content to rest on his laurels, or past achievements with Zep. He's an amazing vocalist, who continues to strech and challenge himself as an artist. Besides, as long as he's been in the music biz, he can sing anything he wants or work with anyone he pleases. He's an icon, for gosh sakes! Besides, there can't truly be a Zep reunion without Bonzo. Period. Give it up!
