    i really need your help! :( in every internet body building forum i read that you must drink your shake directly after the intense workout, especially if you want muscles as a hard gainer. can you please tell me why is it better to drink it a half hour later? that would be awesome. i really love your videos, great video with your family! your a good dad :)

  • does anyone know if 3000 calories per day is too much for a 175 pound kid? i wanna gain wieght but dont know how much calories per day i need to do so. and i dont wanto to go overboard

  • Always drink your protein first thing in the morning if you can't have a proper breakfast at home and right after your weight lifting session. Drink whey with water so it goes faster thru your body.

  • after three months of following steve turano's routine.. I will take ur advice on muscle growth and waht not and make a transformation vid... I don't think ill be getting much bigger with steve turano's plan, i can see me just shedding pounds. For some reason on this deficit i feel tired.
