I just skimmed through footage to put this together. Moe goes through a series of clubs for us starting with a wedge and ending I think with four wood. Certainly enough to get the idea. The master of his swing indeed. He totally owned it!
One time, a fellow pro told Moe on a long par 5, `you can`t carry the creek, put the driver away!` Moe calmly replied, ` i know, i`m not trying to; i`m using the bridge`. Whereby, he pured his drive, landing short of the bridge, then rolling across to a favourable lie on the other side. Moe was a huslter, a magician, a genius, the greatest ball striker who ever lived. He could land 6 drives on the same blanket. The stories are mind blowing.
Interesting how he never seemed to take a divot on all those shots. Certainly an unorthodox swing but who can argue with dead straight in golf? Not me!!
