@Howler871 After the move, the organization does a complete 180 and decides to sell anything and everything that helped them reach the top. This continues for 10-13 years. Now tell me, why should i care about the organization if they dont care about me? The reason the fans have come back to the UC in droves is because Rocky Wirtz cares about what the people want. I went to games in the late 90's and early 00's....it sucked. However i was still a fan, just not an avid supporter.

@Howler871 I dont get what people don't understand here. If i do not like the product that is being put out on the ice, I am definitely not going to waste my money to go see it. That makes perfect sense to me. The hawks had a great product in the 80's and early 90's, so people bought it. The stadium was always filled and rocking. Then all of a sudden the madhouse on Madison is gone and the team moves into this impersonal, giant arena. Fans are left feeling empty.
