After WW2 the working class made great gains in terms of standards of living and health care. It was Labour Party and the TU movement who helped working class people have a bigger slice of the cake. She reversed this and the rich got richer and the poor poorer. She was a true reactionary.

What amazes me is that "Golden" Gordon Brown constantly trashes her policies that brought Britain out of a deep hole then invites her to Number 10 to curry favour with conservatives. Too little too late Mr. Brown. Your days as PM are numbered very short. I can't wait for a Cameron Conservative Government in Britain.

I wish to personally thank thatcheritescot for the tribute videos to the great Lady T whom I have come to love so much. Britain was brought out of the "sick man of europe" into prosperity and a stronghold in the european community.
