When one of my friends was drunk he for some reason decided to stab his benchmade (not sure what model) but it was axis lock through his cheap apartment door. It went straight through the pseudo wood with zero failure so I'm guessing the axis lock is a reasonably sturdy lock up. Oh and yes he did lose his security deposit lol

@URBNSpice - the 710 is a much bigger, heavier knife than the Harley Davidson Backroad knife. They discountinued it too (the Backroad I mean). Too bad, its a good looking, lightweight functional knife. Wish they'd make a normal (non-Harley) version of it, I'd buy one in an instant.

@slashfan1401 - he is made from lead, and enjoys poisoning people that touch him inappropriately. Also, he blocks the glare from the light over the table. He's a good frog. In spite of being deadly.

nice choices! i think your thumb is gonna hate you the next couple weeks with that 15. once you break it in the lock will become much easier to disengage. thanks for the vid!

@gundude73 Yup!! My thumb is already a bit tender, in spite of the thick calluses I have! Its more sore from the tight confines getting to the liner lock maybe, than the stiffness, although I'll grant you it is stiff compared to other liner locks. Reminds me a bit of the Zero Tolerance 350 I have in terms of access to the liner lock, and stiffness... G10 feel too.
