Ingredients
•1kg chicken thighs (or wings or drumsticks)
•2 tablespoons olive oil
•1/2 cup of ketchup sauce
•1 cup of honey
•1 garlic clove -- crushed to tasted
•1 pinch of salt
•1 pinch of ground black pepper
Method
Mix all the sticky chicken braai recipe ingredients together and then pour over chicken -- leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Cook on the braai for at least 30 minutes before checking the juices run clear.
