nbaus yo, I increased past 13 inches on my jump by finishing the training course over at 50inch vertical[dot]com. now being able to dunk is nothing I have to be anxious about in a game now, lol

nbaus do you play basketball? you gotta check out - 50 inch vertical (dot) com. I highly recommend it! I m 5 6 and started dunking quickly after 5 weeks of the program!
