@filterheads Ya me neither I have a 99' suburban and I have to remove the same cover used over the heater core.

@filterheads The cabin filter was most definetly my problem. My husband removed the filter just like in the video. The filter was clogged with concrete dust. It used to be a work truck at a concrete plant. After he removed the filter the air blew so hard and cold i was actually cold and had to turn it way down.

my chevy's ac is not blowing out of the vents very well could it be that it has a clogged cabin filter?

@slkocke It could be your problem. A way to check without spending any money would be to temporarily remove the filters and see if the AC blows stronger.
