When my parents and I drove into Montreal in 1986, I was shocked to see that some of the housing projects were a wreck! What a mess! I'll bet that Vancouver's citizens are going through the same thing, especially the marginalized.

that it was a big scandal but it was ''une fierter'' for quebequers to receives world population.
