Duncan would be a better free throw shooter if he'd put a higher arch on his shot. I've always noticed that he kind of shoots his free throws with a line drive trajectory. He has gotten a lot better at mid-range shots though.

timvp I'm 5 10 and I am able to reverse 180 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just follow the right training program. I recommend the workout program at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any program could be used if you are sure they work

Everyone hating on Duncan is an idiot. It's not about scoring, and Duncan really proves that with his game. He grabs rebounds, blocks shots, makes points, gets assists, and always knows where to be at.
