Theft of Section 8 Banners

Monterrey security stealing banners at Toyota Park. The banners read FIRE - STOP THE RACISM in English and in Spanish. The banners were not returned after the game. Over the years, there has been numerous reports of inappropriate and abusive behavior towards fans by Monterrey Security across the stadium. i work for Monterrey as well.

the reason we take Sec.8's banners is because i STATES ON THE BOARDS AS YOU ENTER TOYOTA PARK THAT LARGE BANNERS ARE NOT ALLOWED!. Athough you are cheering your team, you get rowdy, stand on the railings, and sometimes use offesive language as in todays game against Columbus Crew). It bothers the people who pay a lot of money for their seats and just want to watch the game without hearing you all scream and chant. get mad if you want, but its toyota park policy

Banners are permitted. You're mistaken or lying. The only reason these banners were taken was they called attention to incidents of Monterrey employees targeting Hispanics for selective enforcement and using racist insults. It should now be clear to all that Mr Gaytan won't stand for any racial abuse by his employees. Most of the Monterrey guys I've dealt with are professionals. As in, they don't get inolved in stirring up shit with their client's customers on the internet.

exactly......good point.....i have that same problem in trinidad sometimes......when i go and watch my team play.....and we started to chant....some woman infront was like "shhhhhhhhh im trying to watch the game"...i say if u want to watch the game in peace and quiet.......watch it at home with your tv on mute
