That's right pandaphil. I worked at EDS when this ad came out. It really backfired on them (us) They made it look as though the customer had a rough time of it. They s/have had the airplane passengers relaxing comfortably in an enclosed cabin, while the workers were freezing on the half built wings outside. That would have conveyed the message better.
