Good Day, Senator Diaz, My name is Geo Vaughn, and I just have one question for you. It will take just one moment of your time. How dare you stand up in the Senate, and use you religion, and your bible to deny me of my rights, although I am an American just like you. Youve stood up on that microphone to tell me that I dont deserve those rights, although I pay taxes, and am exactly like you. In fact, the only difference between us is that I am not the hypocrite you are. Do you know why you are a hypocrite Senator Diaz?

Well, its because you claim that a marriage should only be between one man, and one woman. However, I just cant understand how a RE-MARRIED man, (whom I am sure has had plenty of women in his lifetime) can use that excuse to deny me of my right to marry. Please Senator Diaz, I am begging to explain yourself by answering my question. As a Christian homosexual, what bothers me the most about you, is that you dare use the name of God to forge a war against equality. We too are children of God, Pastor Diaz, while you are a hypocrite of the worst kind. God did not call you to judge or discriminate against us, he himself would NEVER, EVER, EVER do that to us, his children.

Please remember that there is a separation between church and state. You were elected to your position, but there are requirements you are not following, and rules that you are breaking when you combine church and state. I promise you, that you will lose your position Senator Diaz. Whether its the upcoming election, the following election, or the election after that.

If you do not know how to contact me, I have placed my email address to the left of this video. I have been calling and emailing your office, though you are ignoring me. Just the same way we elected you to, and gave you that position, we can and will take it away because you do not deserve it. You still think I dont deserve equal rights? Then you must be stripped of your position in the senate, and of your equal rights as well.

On 12-2-2009, New York State Senator (and Reverend) Ruben Diaz Sr. Lead a crusade against Marriage Equality. He (along with 7 other dems) voted "NO" on the NYS Marriage Equality Bill. They denied us our rights, further oppressing, and discriminating against us. We continue to be treated as 2nd class citizens because of those efforts.
