I have used the A55 for a while and want to clear up some things. first the processor is different among each camera mfg. The camera works as a system so you get up to 10 frames per second, in camera HDR, panorama pictures with auto stitching. The camera is small and relatively light weight which I prefer over the big heavy Pro cameras but this might not be good for people with large hands. The HDR picture needs to be tone mapped in another program like Topaz Adjust.
