My attempt at playing "Prelude in C", from Book 1 of the Well Tempered Clavier by J.S. Bach, played on my Yamaha PSR-E223 keyboard (Grand Piano voice). Some errors along the way... can't seem to get the entire piece right.
nice, do you read sheet music? what piece would you suggest for a beginner without the ability to read sheet music to play? this really inspires me to get a keyboard and learn how to play one
No lists in particular but perhaps songs that one can memorise/remember easily, simple bass lines, simple versions (not too many concurrent notes). Can't really read notes and play. Usually have to transcribe and memorise-cum-practise.
my playing is ok at most :) i guess it helped that i selected my favourite pieces/songs so that practising will be enjoyable and not a chore even if it got tough along the way.
