This is my personal tribute to the Galactic Empire, the greatest faction of Star Wars.
This is also one of my best vids so far.

  • Scamp!

  • A very pro-proagana imperial debut,

Showing it at the hight of its power,

The one dislike is the one who never made it out of the shield bunker in time

  • @DarthOxillious You, sir, are by far the best editor of star wars clips on youtube. Keep doing what you do best man.

  • Magnificent editing, my liege....,

  • Agreed this is probably ur best vid this is really good

  • @KurtvonStrohm ever watched Battlestar Galatica(2003-)? Its way more military sci-fi and very dramatic. I don't know if it is more dramatic than Star Wars though.

  • @Ninelon Also, the Galactic Empire, like the USSR, focused on mass production of immensely destructive weapons and large amounts of troops, and the Death Star could be parralled to the Nuclear missles of the cold war

  • @LordZaamus If you look at his helmet and armor further still though it is also based of the armor and helmet of the Samurai of Japan, since one of GL biggest inspirations for star wars was old Japanese films like Seven Samurai and Hidden Fortress

  • Hail the Galactic Empire.

    Very amazing video.

  • Just a quick thought, people seem to be able to make strong cases that the galactic empire was inspired by certain empires from human history, but to me it appears these similarities would exist whether inspiration was drawn or not since key foundations of any empire are often similar, and therefore the empire was created merely to symbolise any empire
