i wish i could ask for help but, there's no one to ask. i'm not physically abused anymore so i can't ask for help because people would not only say no, but they would laugh their asses off. people just don't know, they think it's so easy "just ask". what you don't know is it's a hit and miss. if you ask and fail your world could be over.

asking for help in these situations is fucking huge. i'd ask for help, but then again i'm in my darkest hour where i don't even feel human anymore.
