Sure ... McCain's tax plan will so reduce the taxes on the middle class (& below) that they'll suddenly have enough for college tuition? Actually, most folks will "blow" that "extra cash" on things like health care, food, rent, mortgage, and other luxuries.
The ONLY people who can afford John McCain's tax plan are the people who make over $250,000/year. Hell, you could double their tax rate and they'd STILL be well above the poverty line! Can't say that about the rest of us.

McCain says that lowering the tax burden will help families send kids to college. I guess he's talking about families who make over 250,000 because those who make less (95%) would benefit more from Obama's plan...just like Joe the Plumber.
