i have heard that on apple day that you are not suppose to drink water. I made it through with out and there was a pretty good release.

Thanks, I just read the pounds and inches and it says to only drink water to quench thirst! I been gulp it down think I have to drink a lot . Thanks for the look out, I only drunk 3 bottles. I pray I didnt mess it up.
