Deca Homes according to my research is a Developer engaging in Real Estate classified as "Economic". Tama lang siguro na ang level of quality is for economic. You cannot expect too much finishes and furnishings kasi mura nga. Let me stress out that being economic is different from being substandard. If completo ang permits nila, that means pumasa ang unit sa standards for economic. At least may Resort at wakeboarding sila. Deca helped promoted Davao because of their wakeboarding.

to penkaichuy: kaya ka siguro hindi nakaligo sa pool kasi hindi ka updated magbyad ng amortization at sa maintenance fee, bago ka maligo sa pool pakita mo yung resibo mo ng babyad k talaga monthly sa paymnts mo,wag mo sisihin ang deca they just follow the rules ,ok kuha mo?

@penkaichuy are you a residence at DECA homes? as far as I know the DECA is very nice. I agree that some of the house feature is not good especially the jealousies but the overall, maganda naman.Di mo nga basta2x matibag ang wall ng bahay kasi napakatibay. mas matibay pa ata kaysa sa roads nila. With regards sa amenities, DECA lng ata may ganyan kahit hindi cla high-end. Kaya nga lng di ka makkagamit pag di ka updated sa lahat ng payments obligation mo. for me, DECA provide quality housing.

dont invest in deca homes.. super low quality houses.. no good water supply.. mahal ng maintenance pero wala namang asensong nakikita tska di lahat makakaligo sa pool.. may mali sa pamamalakad dito.. pinapasa-pasahan lng kau.. dami na ring nag-aasume... u will thank me for this.. pramis

Saan mas malaki ng lote at space sa loob ng bahay ? yung sa NHA o sa DECA ? hindi ba mainit dun sa DECA ? sa NHA kasi kami currently and parang maganda ang DECA homes. mahirap ba commute galing downtown to DECA ? baka will avail one in DECA then pa rent na lng yung dati.
