Put a soft mattress underneath your head on the floor man. Don't take the risk of banging your head. :D And what i think is, you should devise some mechanism to lower your elevation from the floor.

@0051chris Hey Chris, thank you very much for your recommendations, but remember this video is just a prank and I do NOT really recommended this exercise on your regular training routines. If you really want to do it, just do it once or twice a little, but never do to maximum rep, that will not be good...
