Microsoft was a sellout 4 giving us crapware
Sony was a sellout only in that they played the consumer market, being a step up with free net & Bluray.
MS is toward get-wut-u-pay-4 net for the Hardcore Gamers. BUT have they reduced lagout? (the L-switch punks?)
I'm just stoked to hav an all-n-1.
Consequentially, I accidentally hav 360 I couldn't sell yet. My cuz had it, sold when I bought, proly has1 now, but I'm strongly against bills;& that's just an Internet bill.

Call of Duty is a flash in the pan, zero imagination. PS3 1st party games are far better than games like black ops. I love black ops but I would play God or War or Heavy Rain ove black ops any day of the week. Its all about money and Sony is not throwing theirs away for DLC which will be a flash in the pan. I think their goals are much more long term on the software side.

this is called ethics, if you have money it doesn't mean you got to push back others, which MS$ is doing, well if you free your mind and think for a minute is this a good trend to run gaming industry by money rather than quality? some people blame developer why they take money and put the fair completion to a aside, developers will work what they are paid for but it is what MS$ is doing, and or even if Sony does that it gonna eat my shit...

I agree with you, or at least partially, anyway.
Firstly, Sony do partner up with third parties for the PS.
Secondly, with the case of Infinity Ward's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Microsoft MAY have made a contract with Infinity Ward that forbids them to deal with Sony.
Thirdly, Microsoft is worth more than Sony, hence why they spend a lot on exclusivity rights, partnerships, etcetera - whereas Sony have a more limited core of funds for the PlayStation brand.

Not to mention my blu-ray drive bit the dust on my PS3 that was less than 2 years old. Sony wanted $150 to repair it and never did send me a box for it. I just went and bought the $299 slim bundle. Sony should cover the drive for free considering it is their main selling point. If it wasn't for my friends on both systems I am not so sure if I would be a Sony fan this time around. I am still on the fence about whether I'll buy MAG.

ok 360 great system, but does it last with games (this year), cause as long Sony have a game of whatever 3rd party M$ have. It really doesn't matter, it all comes down to 1st party quality games by the end of the day. And of course this is where Sony shines.

I believe Sony is focusing their efforts on their 1st party developers so they can get the best quality out of them as possible. They don't really put as much effort into making sure 3rd party games favor their console over Microsoft because Sony is trying to build up a strong 1st party developer base instead of a 3rd party one.
