  • I didn't use the 70-300

  • thx all, color grading under premiere and the edit too

  • @davidrdang

wow, but how did you get that so beautyfully? Push the shadows to blue and the Highlights or Mids to Orange ok, but with a Canon Codec it is near to impossible!! Whats your Secret? Or is it because iam using a 7d instead

    of an 5d ? ;)

  • @Feelosoph 7D or 5D it changes nothing just the workflow

  • where do u live at iwould be honored to be in 1 of your films

  • DSLR files are hard to work with, so for easyer edit ( without loosing any quality in the video ) just use Encoder and encode video to XDCAM HD or something like that.

For easy coloring ( well, "easy" ) use Red Giant's - Looks.

Btw, good movie. Jelious for 5d tho ;)

As for the lens, think u just miss zoom, like 70-300 with low F...good job.

  • Very nice dude...I have subscribed!!! Can you please tell me how you do the film burn...I can only find MOV files which aren't keyed...can you make them from scratch?? Thanks

  • @davidrdang sure it does. your highlights are clipped and some of your shadows are crushed. a codec and compression does tons for any digital image. chroma saturation and lumianance saturation are affected all over the place in this.

don't get me wrong though... your piece is beautiful. i twas shared to me by a friend and i find it very poetic but there are massive things happening here that most people don't really notice.

  • @davidrdang

Thanks for your precise Answer ;)

  • good work!!

  • PERFECT !! What lens did you use ? How did your video? Which software?
