It was dark. It was the darkest morning I have ever woken up to. I woke up on my usual side of the bed, my usual two soft blankets covering me. Apart from dark, it was cold. There was an unusual cold Ive never felt in the morning. Whenever I wake up in my room, its warm, and the sun rays reflect through the window. But this time, the windows curtains were closed. Yet, it really was dark outside. There was a gap, and there was no light coming from it. Just, nothing.
I yawned and stretched a little bit, removed the blankets over me and walked to my window to open the curtains. When I did, I got a surprise out of it. It wasnt a morning. It was a night. A half-moon decorated the city, and stars covered the sky. I glanced at my glow-in-the-dark watch. "4:38am," it read.
..Why the hell did I woke up in the middle of the night?
I walked over to the switched and turned the lights on.
"WHAT!?" I yelled, followed by a gasp.
Someone.. was sleeping.. on my bed!
I literally crawled to my bathroom silently and took whatever I found on the floor as a weaponmy pink razor. I stood up and caught another surprise when I saw myself in the mirror, causing me to gasp again and even get a headache of the enormous confusion I just got. I was just like a came to the world. Naked, bare, completely showing. "WHY?" I thought over and over again. "WHOS THAT AT MY BED?"
First, I had to cover myself up. I threw a baggy pajamas on, got my weapon in hand, sucked my breath in, and prepared to face whoever was at my bed.
"You can, Britt," I said to myself. "Youre a big girl," I kept convincing myself, but as I approached that someone giving its back to me, a rush of emotions over-flood me. Confusion, fear.. and a weird tickling inside of me, specially on my chest. That tickling inside of me was unbearable, so I just decided to close my eyes while I made my way in front of her/him.
"1, 2.." I started counting to open my eyes. Yes, I am that lame. "..3."
My eyes popped open, and I froze there, staring at Joe, laying down on my bed. WHAT THE HELL WAS HE DOING HERE!?!?.. Not that I mind.. But WHAT THE HELL!?!?
He suddenly stretched and rolled, lying on his back. He looked so peaceful, so innocent. It made me want to do him right here and there, it even made me feel guilty. Okay, back to it, Britt.
Inaudibly, I sat on the edge of the bed to think. Just to think, reflect. I brought my hands up to my head as I tried to put all the little pieces together. It was me, naked. It was Joe, naked, or shirtless at least (havent seen the rest of him). It was him, sleeping in my bed. It was me, sleeping in the same bed as him.
I cant be that stupid! Of course we did! Of course we did it. But how? When? Why cant I remember anything? What the hell happened last night?
Think Brittany, think! I stood up and walked the door. Once I unlocked, I made my way downstairs.
WHY THE FUCK IS EVERYTHING A DISASTER?! WHERE THE FUCK IS MY MOM!? DID SOMEONE GOT INTO MY HOUSE AND RAPED ME AND JOE!?.. No, that cant be. I could even feel my eyebrows furrowed in plan confusion. This doesnt even seem like a house. The furniture was pushed towards the walls, and there were some tables with broken bottles over them, and the smell of alcohol was filling my nose.
Wait.. what was that? Bottles? Alcohol? ..a party? But why a party, at MY house? As I was making my way to the kitchen, I stepped on a wet spot. It was beer. Yes, there was definitely a party. At least I wanted to know what day this was, right? So I walked to the usual calendar magnetically-pasted on the ref. Surprisingly, it was still there (and not destroyed like everything else) The last day marked was yesterday, and it had a funny cake drawn on it. Okay, so today is the twenty--- Wait, WHAT? A cake drawn on it? A birthday? ..MY birthday?
Oh shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.
I turned and started making my way to my room. Once inside, as I saw Joes peaceful (..and hot) body resting on my bed, everything fell into place. Yesterday, it was my birthday. I had a party. Everything got destroyed. I drank a lot, and slept with Joe. Thats why I cant remember anything. ANYTHING at all.
Yet, there were lots of questions un-answered. But right now, I couldnt care less. I quietly made my way over to the bed and pulled up the covers, snuggling close to the person already laying there.
Funny shit, that person happens to be the guy Im inescapably and endurably in love with. So, I just closed my eyes and fell into a deep sleep in the arms of my one and only love, Joseph Adam Jonas.
..the end.
hahah Im kidding (: but it CAN be an end.. the last paragraph is sooo cute, isnt it? :D How many of you would kill me if I left it there? hahaha.
