It is easy to criticise what the police were doing but what if you started having tents of homeless people start going up across the road from your home? Would you be a bit more worried that your home was going to get broken into while you are at work? They have nothing to lose so that can make them less worried about getting caught doing something wrong. I am not saying that the homeless are bad people or they all do bad things, just that their situation can cause good people to do bad things.

What's stopping them from going into another neighborhood? Relocating homeless people by tearing up their tents does not solve their fundamental problem. Besides, if I were a homeless thief, I would go into another neighborhood.

Most of what the police do has nothing to do with crime. That makes the citizens suspect of the police. Because, obviously, now and for a while the police are not there to protect citizens, even the rich.

If I set fire to a policeman's house, I'm called an arsonist; if a policeman sets fire to a poor person's tent, he's called doing his job. Basically, at least here, the policemen are destroying someone's sole residence, I guess. I'm sick of hearing "cut the police some slack". Equality of law.

Fuck the police. If you see the police doing shitty shit, call them out and don't be afraid. Protect your rights and protect yourself. They are a citizen just like everyone else. Obama claims that his spending is reasonable better than Reagan. He proposed 3.7 Trillion with a deficit of 1.4 Trillion for 2011. Currently based on usdebtclock org, the debt/GDP is 97.2%. Obama in two years of office increased the debt/GDP by 13.8%.

The police stopped me and told me I couldn't walk on this side of the street. I kid you not. It's my own street on my own block. I have to cross the street if I want to walk down town and cross again. In America. All my friends have nothing but police bully stories, no good police stories.
