LEGO Master Builder Dan Steininger came to the LEGO retail store just outside Houston, Texas to build this 8-foot tall pirate minifigure. Using a 2-foot tall model made with standard bricks, Dan used 4x scale bricks to build the actual model seen here.

Taken with a cheap National Geographic pet collar camera. One picture was taken every 15 minutes. The camera was taped or clipped to a standing post used to hold up some curtains near the event, which is why the picture is off-center at places. It's my first time-lapse video, and I'm no editor, so there's no music and it looks very amateur. But you can hum something to yourself if you need to.
