the senators do escape and make a rebellion, but what if palpatine died. and vader lived..to bring Galen Marek back to life. now Vader is the emporer, and his sith apprentice Darth stalker: was and always will be a puppet. unless he decides to dethrone vader.

By the way about the name Darth "Stalker", they couldn't come up with a more sinister name than that? and starkiller sounds...a bit, like a name a 9-12 year old would have.
