umm depends, it just makes it a lot harder to pop up, and it is a lil different on the turns but not so much..but as for balance its the same as stock

not at all..this was and is my first bike ever, i learned how to ride on this bike...and i got the extension like 2 months after having it...i love it...so many people look at ur bike more and compliment me on it..
