I guess it was hot in the studio, 1st you see Bozo's hairdo all nice and sticking up, next thing it's all drooping

In the early days of color televison the studio was very hot and the lights very bright as you can see in this clip.

please don't forget willard and ed walker doing The Joy Boys show on WRC-AM. Their hours varied but for a long time 8 to midnight. old time clean, silly, fun radio. willard wore many hats in his career, not just Bozo and the weatherman on the Today Show.

I feel so stupid. I thought Bozo was just a Chicago thing.

I just read that Bozo died today

Larry Harmon who formerly played Bozo the Clown on Los Angeles television has died.

However, Willard Scott is still alive and working for NBC. In fact, Willard's been working for the same company for almost 58 years!!!!
