that doesn't get rid of the virus it just takes u back to an early point on your comp. your pc will still run slow with the virus still running in the backround i recommend reformat if its really bad

it does if you catch it right away cause it worked for me and a few other ppl too. but yah ur right in a way because if the virus has dug itself way too deep in your files this way may not work. most of the time it should and if doesn't than you got some probs with your comp.

damn i did that "msconfig" thingy while i was on safe mode already....now everytime i restart it goes into safe mode automatically...how do i undo it? pls help

well you know how you get that pop-up when I told you to click "NO" just before the calendar thingy, instead click yes. This should bring you into the safe mode desktop then you go into that "msconfig" menu from the beginning of the video and where you checked off "SAFE BOOT" now you should uncheck it and restart your computer. If this doesn't work tell me, ok?
