I was right next to all the "half houses" lol and for the first time seeing the lake it was creepy. I tryed to walk out in the middle but soon had sand up to my thighs lol. was really crazy to see an empty lake and houses broken in half. found some old stuff in the sand tho it was kinda cool

I went to the dells when the lake was empty it was amazing i saw tons of dead fish, houses were rebuilt but it was crazy I was able to walk across the whole lake but there was a river still

this is good for the animals we fcked up the river by putting the dam there in the first place. now its back to its natural state

it is unbelievable going to the dells and just seeing it sit empty and now where the lake was there is just like a huge hole with grass starting to grow. it is so sad cuz that was a place of interest in wisconsins history! but good news they are filling it back up next year!!!!!!
