@badguyffm There is no matter much how big is your muscles but actually if those have a lot of power like Twist had so it tells all from his stremght level. And from what i have seen his muscles as he have been impressive muscles when he played a hockey.

lol no one needs steroids do get a tiny body like twist! he never in his life had 260lbs of bodyweight thats a joke!! everybody can get this kind of body - there are no big muscles - nothing on twist!! he has the arms of a small boy!! look how pro-bodybuilders and strongmen look and u will see how u look with steroids.

I'm not claiming Twist didn't use steroids but you an adult male can put on 25 pounds of muscle in a single year, though it's rare. Actors do it often. And when you add muscle that quickly you also add fat so assuming the entire weight gain is muscle is inaccurate.
You are the moron if you think Twist "naturally" gained 30 lbs of muscle in a year or 2 at the age of 25/26, does'nt happen. Also there was NO policy against steroids in the NHL pre 2005, so buy a clue!
