If you have access to Cydia and you're using version 2.0 or higher of Applocker, just uninstall Applocker from Cydia and it will reset your password and settings. If you're locked out of Cydia and / or using an older version, proceed with those instructions:
Here's how to reset Applocker's settings using iFunbox on Windows:
Just delete this file:
/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.nnfyrbsnss.applocker.plist
You can delete this system file with iFunBox, iFile (from Cydia), OpenSSH (also from Cydia) and etc.
Doing this will revert all of your Applocker settings (password, locked apps) so you can go to settings and make sure what password you type in this time.
Applocker is a tweak for jailbroken iPhones/iPads and iPod touches. It allows you to lock apps, folders, homescreen icons layout and all with session locking!
Applocker is a feature rich solution;

You should check it out in Cydia!
Applocker is available in Cydia Store for $0.99.
@Fifiboy02 You don't need access to Cydia to follow this tutorial.

You have to hold the power and home button down together while plugged in to a computer after you delete it, it will work once you have restarted it this way.
