this doesnt work on my blackberry, when i click the options nothing happens. is there any other way of doing this? thanks.

If nothing happens when you click Options, it probably needs to be reset. Just remove the battery and then put it back in. Then you should be able to choose Options one time. You'll have to remove the battery again to change it again. See the video at 1:01 for more explanation.
