http://www.buildmusclechallenge.com/tips - This is an inside peek at what one day of my muscle building diet plan looks like. This diet plan helped me gain 42lbs in less than 4 months so I know first hand that it's effective.

After getting dozens upon dozens of questions about what meals I ate and how I often I ate them I decided to put this video together because i know it'll help alot of guys out who need help putting together a meal plan that builds muscle.

Inside this video, I not only tell you EXACTLY what I ate, but why I ate it (which is equally important)

I'm sure you'll get alot of useful tips from this video and I know it'll help you build your own muscle building meal plan without a doubt. And please feel free to "steal" whatever you liked from my meal plan and add it to yours (trust me, I don't mind :)

  • @celtsball please dont take advice from this guy..you dont need 6 meals a day...the bodybuilding websites only say 6 meals because they know full well that NOBODY has enough time to make 6 meals a day, and therefore they can offer their "MEAL REPLACEMENT" products and make your £££

    You can eat 3 meals a day..and have a snack in between on breaks....like fruits and nuts.

  • what about on the days when you workout? after workout,the body needs fast acting carbs ,am i right? so is a post-workout protein shake with banana good enough? also can i resume with meals with slow acting carbs after my post-workout shake?
