  • Look how young Richie Blackmore is!! 1970 was the best year ever! I was 15. Rock was King! Bands did things called jam. They would play forever!! AND FOR NOTHING but the love of the music! Ah what I would give to go back! Oh wait! If I close my eyes I can! Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, The Who, James Gang, Sabbath (ozzy was 23), Cooper, Zepplin (young), Blind Faith, Traffic, I could go on and on..............
