After being stored for a couple of years, we finally got a chance to take the 1990 Nissan 300 ZX Twin Turbo out for a few weeks! We have had the car since 1993.

It is stock with about 120000 kms on it. 3.0 Litre V6 Twin Turbo charged engine making 300 bhp @ 6400 rpm (101.35 bhp per litre) and 283.0 ft lbs @ 3600 rpm. It's a 2 seater with a 5 speed, rear wheel drive and 4 wheel steering!

Motor Trend Magazine named it Import Car of the Year in 1990 and Road & Track named the 300ZX Turbo as One of the Ten Best Cars in the World.

The car could have been cleaner and detailed a bit better, but oh well! The movie was shot completely using the GoPro HD camera.

Hope you enjoy! Thanks for watching!

  • @b4ssfunk3d Thanks for the offer. No plans to sell it at this time, but will keep it in mind!

  • @cubbeezx If you're interested in selling it at the end this summer. I am going on a major summer internship in Minnesota and I will be able to afford it around September. I can pay for it to be shipped to San Diego. This is long term but I am a seriously interested buyer that's a fantastic car and if it's collecting dust I will give you my best offer.

  • @Wafflebrah21 Well, the wife is the one that would drive it all the time and we haven't used it in a couple of years really. Seems to me it would get 30 or 35 mpg on the highway, although that is imperial gallons (Canada) so not sure what that would be in US gallons as they are a bit smaller. Sorry, but I just can't remember the actual mpg's around town. I do know it was a heck of a lot better than our truck lol! We have a full sized Nissan Titan v8. I say go for it!!

  • @cubbeezx Oh just wondering, because I was planning on acquiring one of these Z's but since it's going to be my only ride, it'd be a daily. So, around town not driving so "spiritedly", would it get anywhere in between 23-25mpg at least? Or are you not sure... I'm trying to get as much info as possible lol.

  • Very thirsty for fuel as a day runner, but as a track day car, money well spent. The second series Toyota MR2 or Mitsubushi FTO is better if you want a dirt cheap sports car with a bit more fuel economy.

  • @cubbeezx Thanks man. When I get the chance I will post some videos. You got a great looking car.

  • @tyriley74 Wow! Congratulations! What a great price is right! You will have to post up some videos. Yes, even after all these years, it still brings a smile when those turbos kick in!

  • @WowAboveMe Thanks for the great comments! We haven't used ours very much in the last couple years, but we really like it too! It has been a great car!
