awesome videos bro i like alot good music too. ive recently started working out about 9 weeks ago and are hitting it hard ive gotten alot stronger and loving and cant wait for the next day to get here so i can workout haha! but what is the difference in incline db flys and flat db flys. bc i usaully do flat db flys and i turn the tips inward when im at the top and it feels like it works better.
