Iraq has a massive oil reserves and big budget, part of it to spread peace and calm among Iraqis is to improve the infrastructure and tourism, Iraq already is spending on defense budget, made deals with lots of countries including the US . This is only one of the many projects, and those projects not yet approved, they are offers for the future will span over many years , not for now. this is future planning . and I'm sure the "religious elites" won't approve a casino..

Hi Navigator, the interviewer is a friend of mine and the whole Marty Eisenstadt schtick is a fake. These guys are filmmakers and clearly hilarious. I thought everyone know by now. Brilliant boys!
