Iraq has a massive oil reserves and big budget, part of it to spread peace and calm among Iraqis is to improve the infrastructure and tourism, Iraq already is spending on defense budget, made deals with lots of countries including the US . This is only one of the many projects, and those projects not yet approved, they are offers for the future will span over many years , not for now. this is future planning . and I'm sure the "religious elites" won't approve a casino..

lizburke thanks, if this were real, I'd be surprised if the interviewer wouldn't get absolutely infuriated! I do think the guy that played Marty Eisenstadt did Palin the biggest favour ever though, she was a living joke until the Africa comments story broke and fixed, now people are giving her undue credit and considering her for future politics.
