It is done my friend. Not like the complete pardon that Clinton gave to the likes of Mark Rich or FALN terrorists, President Bush granted them clemency only. The same reprieve that our honorable citizen G. Gordon Liddy also received from your liberal friend Jimmy Carter. BTW, Gordon Liddy is a patriot.
These 2 men should have received a full fucking pardon. However, I am greatful that they will be out of prison in less than 2 months. Lesser administrations gave full pardons to worse.

I'm very happy for these, our fellow Americans. In a couple more years they will be eligible for full pardon. I hope they get it and are able to get back to the border to light-up more vermin scurrying across our border.

Those 2 agents committed crimes, went against the US Border Patrol policy, lied on paper work, and committed various crimes that would be unspeakable for a law enforcement officer. They probably should not have received 11 years in prison but they are where they deserved to be. If the president will pardon it will be done in January 2009.
