ATWT 7-3c: Gay Henry being VERY gay; Disco Queen??? (FUNNY)

Here's more proof that actor Trent Dawson, the writers and wardrobe department want Henry to be gay. First, note the lavender shirt. It's one of Henry's many gay shirts. Lavender is considered the official gay color because it's a pastel blend of masculine blue and feminine red. Now listen to the dialogue:

0:07 - Nice-guy Mike is adorable blowing on the pinwheel. Background info: Henry wants to co-own Metro but Carly doesn't want to sell so he wants Mike to change Carly's mind
0:08 - Henry: "Mikey, what's up?" Henry's wiener is probably up given his obvious attraction for Mike. He secretly flattered Mike yesterday and now he's using cute little pet names like "Mikey."
0:14 - "No scoop unless you give me the scoop" To Non-Native-English-speakers (NNES): "scoop" can mean a spoonful of ice cream, and it can also mean gossip or news.
0:43 - "Does Vienna even want to be Disco Queen of the Night?" Henry: "Doesn't everyone???" Note that he includes everyone, men and women. I don't think an episode with Henry exists where he doesn't make gay comments like these! Only a dead person wouldn't realize that Henry is gay, gay, gay.

This may be a reference to one of the greatest and most difficult arias ever written, the "Vengeance Song" by The Queen of the Night from Mozart's The Magic Flute. Even the great Sumi Jo expressed fear of singing those high F's, which would challenge even Mariah Carey's whistle register. It's a huge gay favorite. IT'S A MUST-SEE/HEAR even if you don't like opera. The vocal pyrotechnics begin at about 0:40 for both videos.

0:56 - Henry: "Wear your tool belt. Womem love that!" Mike is a contractor and does carpentry. Look at the lust in Henry's eyes and drool on his lips. Gay gay gay!!!
1:08 - Henry even manages to make George Washington look gay. That is not a male wig! He looks more like Queen Victoria or Marie Antoinette.
1:38 - okay, starting here, non-English speakers might get confused by all the sexual innuendoes. Just keep in mind that it's the 4th of July, when America was founded, and George Washington was our first president. Patriotic conservatives must be flooding CBS with protests! (Henry and Vienna previously had sex in a church)

"Play with my doodle" - that's a silly reference to the song, "Yankee Doodle"" The song is not sexual but we know what Henry means by his doodle...
1:52 - "cross the Delaware" A reference to Washington crossing the river but Henry obviously means orgasm
2:08 - "chop down that cherry tree" A legend says that as a boy, Washington chopped down a cherry tree. Here, "cherry" may mean sex (usually virginal sex) and "tree" means erection
2:12 - "It will come back" Henry is getting another erection
2:15 - "plenty of fire WOOD!" Wood is slang for erection
2:22 - "form a more perfect union" That is from the opening of the Constitution of the United States .. but Henry is of course talking about sex

For those who don't know, Henry is Maddie's brother (she is Noah's ex). He was the one to warn Maddie that Noah was gay, and he also waned Luke against moving in with Noah. So blame him for Nuke not having sex. Henry and Mike are both ex-husbands of Katie.

Henry was supposed to be a temporary character but Dawson did so much with the role that he became permanent. In fact, he was nominated for an Emmy this year. Dawson credits Henry's popularity to the gay wit the writers give him. He even wanted to turn Henry gay but the producer said no.

Trent Dawson has said in an interview that when Mark Collier (the old Mike) and he (along with Katie) were in a scene together they'd pretend to be bisexual and flirt with each other a little bit. Thought that was funny, and that it might be continuing with the new Mike.
