Hi, I have a DL380 G3, I want to upgrade my two disks of 40 GB (RAID 10) by two disks of 140 GB each one. What could be the procedure? Fisrt replace one disk, wait until the rebuild is ok and then replace the second one and rebuild it again?
Thanks

What will its future role be?

Sounds a bit weird. Sorry.

Mate the one you're using is seems quite old. I believe its and G3 one! I noticed there is hot swap HDD and the disks that you're using are not SAS or SCSI. Which are u using in this? Does this have ILO?
TIA

@mo7senses Hello. I do not own this anymore. It was bought of me, And is now used to back up a network! It is a G3, and It was SCSI.
I now have a DL360 G3 which runs windows server 2003 and I am upgrading it to server 2008 very soon,
I do not have a business, and they are Not used for anything important. And yes it has ILO.

@bluetech7753 Hi there, Yes servers are usually this loud-But they are great and in a simplistic way they are fun!
I have since sold this and my new one is up on my channel. Thanks for the comment.

One thing i noticed... you should be more patient when shutting down a server. If you force a shutdown that fast like that, it can cause damage to the operatign system easily. Other than that, GREAT video!
