this was the best lineup in all southern gospel music history, in my opinion. And yes, I have heard plenty of others.

I agree. However people were saying the same thing when they lost Ivan. Then people warmed up to David Hill, then he left. People told Tim Riley to give up because Jon didn't have the voice that Ivan and David had. Look at how many awards Jon won and how many people now consider him to be a great lead singer. My point is people never seem to realize they criticize every new line up then turn out to like them later on. I don't like the new GC either btw.

Jonathan was a 100% better than this new guy, there sound just isn't as good anymore but give them time it does take a while to get use to a new voice after losing someone like Jonathan since he was so good and been there so long.
