this is a stupid comment. did LG sue apple for pretty much ripping off the way the LG prada looked? did sony sue apple for ripping off the aluminum unibody style on laptops? chicklet keys? does it make sense that they own the trade dress rights to thin bezels, glass covered fronts with black borders?

This of course so obvious ... we are all remixes of what we see and learn. That's way we should stop patents and copyrights all together ... a patent was introduced to stimulate creativity, people could publisch their creativity but now it's used to stop creativity. Stop killing creativity!

Kirby, keep up these good works. I used to worry so much about all these corporations going to every single little people. but I am getting used to your videos and your videos are so true. Creativity is more important than originality. I mean I wish you had a billion views. for a good reason. :)

What's wrong about remixing it and stating it again in his own way? It actually was fun to watch the show more than anything else.

I find it sad, that people don't understand the difference between a product, and an idea.

Does this really need to be stated? It should be evident to anyone that ideas are always inspired by something else. It's an inevitability. Sociologists have said this for more than 100 years.
