The alien concept sounds a little Scientology-esque, except you don't actually believe there's an alien on your face... And thank you for reminding me to do affirmations. :)

Next time I see you, watch out--you're getting a massive hug! The last week has been extra difficult for me as I wrestle with where my career is going, how the duck I'm going to find a survival job, what I want to do with myself, aspirations, self-worth, etc. I've also noticed that I'm carrying a lot of tension in my jaw and face (coincidence?)... DUH! I had a freaking alien on my face!! Great advice, wonderful energy--thank you so much for posting this!

I still use the "Pink Dot", a technique I learned with Scott Sedita.
