Man I am practicing mindfulness, and it is hard to stay long periods of time without any association with any thought that arises, then I found that even when music plays in our mind out of nothing it is our minds trying to get Us out of mindfulness, so it is happening to me, this new stuff of yours.. this is so good, today I was doing a little mindfulness walking after lunch, and Iluminomi started playing perfectly in my mind, and It brought me here to listen to it again...
