i knew where that orange polish was from as soon as you put it on screen, my sis in law has a few of them and i like the neon liners from there too!

I love that orange color too...I might have to try to mix those colors to get it. It's a perfect tangerine color!

No, I used A LOT more yellow than orange. You can make it however you want though, there are no rules. :)
